EGR delete problems

Yeah I got some bad advice obviously. I got it back installed and I'm taking it to a professional tomorrow to have the codes cleared and stuff.
I do a lot of towing and someone told me it helps with horsepower and stuff but I guess that person is an idiot.

Jay, they weren't wrong. They just didn't provide nearly enough information. This forum is a great resource for information. When you do get ready to do this properly - if you still feel the need to do so after towing with it - come back here for advice and answers to your questions. This group is always ready to help.
