my taillights dont work

I used a buddy's trailer the other day, but on my way to work yesterday I noticed my tail lights on my truck are not working. The bulbs are fine I cant find a fuse for taillights .My blinkers work and brake lights work just no rear running lights...its gotta be a fuse but which one

it was a disconnected wire

where was the wire disconnected? I have a buddys truck that has the same problem.
