94 lightning o/d button flashes and starts missing.
Got a 94 lightning that will start and idle great, until you hit the gas, then the o/d light starts flashing and it starts missing and cutting out something awful. If you barely ease into the gas it will rev all the way up. We pulled codes a month or so ago but can't remember the codes. We believe they were 634 and 654. We will have to charge the battery to get them again. Any guesses?
Dick heads are born everyday. The world is over run with them. Why be part of this forum if your going to have an attitude like that. Yes I can google, but the code scanner told me what the code was for, something about transmission circuit incomplete I believe, it's been a little while. I was just bored and figured I would ask if anyone had any ideas, or experienced this. After all, isn't that what this site is for?

.
Wow, Brad. That's like the third time this week that someone referred to you as a Di*k.
2) A month ago you got the codes, but couldn't be bothered to write them down.
3) The truck exhibits multiple problems that are frequently the result of multiple issues, but we're suppose to "guess" for you're benefit.
4) "Charge the battery"? Well, since it is "running something awful" You must mean your code reader... right?
5) My first "idea" is you're not very serious about really doing anything about fixing your problem, but somehow we're just going to magically come up with the right answer for you with no serious effort on your part.

There ain't anyone being a d'k here... you couldn't be bothered to read the codes again after letting the battery go dead and so just guessed at what they were, then asked us if we could guess what's wrong based on your guesses.
If you want good info to come out, you have to put good info in. And it takes only moderate effort to get the good info that we'd need to start with.
Geez, sorry everyone. The truck isn't even mine. It belongs to my father-n-law. It's a third vehicle for him. It only has 81,000 miles. He bought it new and it mostly just sits in the garage these days. This is why he hasn't been hard pressed to get it fixed and the battery went dead. I'll have him hook the charger up so we can confirm the codes.

6) But somehow Brad is the "dick" here...
The reason I was bored and could not go to my father-n-laws house and charge the battery on it is because my wife works second shift, so I'm at home with a sick 1 year old in my lap watching the baby development channel. I work 56-64 hours a week, play mr. Mom with 2 kids in the afternoons and keep the outside of the house up, so I can promise you it isn't laziness.

Will be interested in seeing what its actually doing.
