I am not new here - been lurking for quite a while. I just found a thread that I had some questions about so I am now registered.
My truck
is a 2013 XL Supercab long bed with EcoBoost and trailer towing. Completely stock except for a K&N air filter (use them on all my trucks). I really like the EcoBoost so far.
My Grandfather bought a 1953 F-100 new when I was 11 years old, and that is what I learned to drive. I sure wish I still had that truck. He lived 10 miles from town in rural east Texas (Mineola) so there were plenty of empty roads back in those days.
Been driving Fords ever since, and I suspect this may be my last one. I haven't driven the new aluminum truck, but who knows what is in the future.
