I wish I could. My cross-country shipping experience was not good.

Here's a thread from a few years ago: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ing-a-cab.html

A cab would be a less-than-truck-load (LTL) item. In other words, it would be part of a mixed shipment with freight going from different shippers to different consignees who all happen to be in the same location.

I would try FedEx Freight, as LTL is their specialty. My bet is that your best price will be to ship it somewhere that lots of cargo is already going (NYC or Boston) and meet the cargo there.

I ran the numbers, guessing at the weight and dimensions, and you could buy a donor truck for what it may cost to ship via truck. There might be other ways, like putting it on a car carrier, but shipping a cab that far is going to be pretty dang expensive.

Now, I figured 1000lbs for the cab, which is probably too heavy, and dimensions of 6'x8'x5' which may be off a little. But it still won't be cheap.

No sure if your aware of this but fastenal (if one is close to you) ships cheap. I have shipped out engine stands, whole front and rear ends.

It usually takes a week to a week and a half to recieve the parts...

X2 on fastenal. Also, if you can build a crate to put the cab on that a forklift can pick up; the shipping cost will be much cheaper as well.

You might be able to use one of those moving containers, ABF has one that I have used to ship stuff cross country.
Another option might be to buy a running driving truck and drive it back. Might cost less in the long run, there are decent ones all over here for $1500 or less, and a road trip is fun. Put on new tires before you go, and then you have your very own nearly rust free truck that has never had a New England winter.
