Engine Coolant Temp

I just finished installing a Mishimamoto 200 thermostat. According to my scanguage I'm running a consistent 207 ect at 60 mph, with the outside air temp at 81. My oil temp is running a consistent 212. Does sound about right? My old factory thermostat was keeping it around 180, and eot at 192 or so. Thanks for any and all replies.

Your old factory was weak at 180. The Mishima to runs the Temps you're seeing in some.
