This is the first time the old girl took first place acouple second places and a third. But never a first there was 12 trucks in my class . I won a 100$ bp gas card my 50$ entry fee back and a trophy. Not to bad for a 15 mins drive lol. Now it time to give her a much deserved bath
Nice looking truck. Got a couple questions for you....what kind of tires are those? Stock rim size?Does your truck have a lift?
Thanks man and ya stock rims on BFg a/ts 35 12 50s infront . Falken wild peak a/ts 35 12 50s in the rear. It has a 6inch skyjacker lift I also put a add a leAf in the reAr for hauling purposes. Idk no if the falken tire
are just a local think or not i really like them pretty aggressive but also last pretty long on the road
Congrats! Give us some stats on the truck. Year, engine size, etc.
95 fl50 xlt power everything lol all works ,351w 5speed was a auto changed it over wen I first got the truck.35 12 50 all the way around 6 inch skyjacker lift. Add aleaf in rear msd distributer, msd ingnition, msd coil , msd wires, did the six liter tune up,flex a lite e-fan. 4.10 geArs, I switched it over to a manual t-case . Exhaust I have flowtech longtube headers 3inch pipe with just a 3inch manga flow high flow cat she's pretty load lol. I think that's about it

Nice man. Two things, did you gap your plugs more and up the timing when you did the six litre tune up?
Also, you have any videos of the runs or exhaust clips?! I bet that thing sounds good
Nice. I wonder how my little 302 would do in the bogs.
There's nothing wrong with a 302 that's wat my 92 has In it. It's a single cab short bed and a 5speed also it crawls every were. I just recommend not going any bigger then 33s. It's all about the gears if u gear it right ull do fine off-road . Hell my 97 explorer 5speed with 33s and 4inch lift puts both my trucks to Shame lmao. It's only got the 4,0 in it but I geared it right
Yeah, I hear ya. The truck is on a six inch lift with 3.55 gears and had 35's on it when i bought it last year. Haven't had a chance to get her in the mud yet.

Ya bump my timing up to 14 and gapped my plugs at .055. I'll have to post a video wen I get to my computer I'm on my phone ATM . Ya she's pretty load I dnt drive her on the road much I haul it to the bogs with my dads 12v . I've pulled it with my 92 f150 302 but it's really hard on it lol

First thing u need to do is getrid of them 3.55s . I no it takes time and money but if u find sum of both that's wat I'd do . Them 35s had to kill ur truck lol
Um 35 inch tires are far from stock and I didn't make it even half way threw and no one in the class above me did either . They go by feet and if u make a full pit they go by time. My rear tires are brand new by the way and if u ever been to a mud bog u would no they have a stock class were theres ppl in there mom suv... If I was a rich boy like I'm guessing u are id have the best tires but I dnt . I have wat I have and Im content with it. Every post I see u make ur so nagtive if u dnt have sumthing good to say keep ur mouth shut . U wouldn't last a day were I'm from diesel dic. Ppl come here for good advice and compliments . I dnt need u to give me credit lmao I can care less wat u have to say . U were right about one thing it's was a county far look it up Brooke county wv mud bogs
Nice job. I had those same tires and they do alright for an all-terrain. I didn't notice much difference between Wildpeak A/T's and BFG A/T's and was mildly impressed but then I let some air out til there was about 15-20 lbs left... you want extra grip give that a try! They have a nice heavy sidewall so they can take it. Of course you'll want a way to air them back up before you head back to pavement.
Only thing that sucks is when they wear out they get slick. Someone on here told me that not too long ago and well I wore mine out and yep they started spinning on wet friggin' grass.
Truck looks good... I think I'll go with 33's next time (have 31's now) cause the price jump from 33's to 35's is a b!@tch. Still have to lift mine though.
