Owens-pro.com website, has the part, and installation instructions, which show a pair of the ABS plastic running boards, some nuts/bolts, angle and plate metal:

Factory are of course fibreglass, with a reinforced (that's what I call it) steel plate, that the brackets mount to.
Rebuild them to stock specs, will be better than new. Don't buy the knock-off junk.

I lost contact with he guy who made them. The only aftermarket ones I know of are offered thru Bronco Graveyard
