I wanna install a 2.5 - 3 level kit on my 2013 f150. My question is how hard is it on the upper control arms? I can get a tuff country kit 3 inch kit which come with the arms, spacers, and rear blocks with shocks but its a lot cheaper just to get the level kit spacer. I just plan on running 33x12.5 tires so i really dont need the extra lift just hate the dreaded front end sag!! How long would the control arm last under normal driving conditions is what im getting at?
Go with a 2" kit and you'll probably never wear anything out prematurely. My old 06 now resides about a mile up the road and has been leveled (2") for nearly 90k miles and still on all original front end parts.

Thanks nassty that's exactly what I wanted to hear. I don't drive it rough either no off roading or anything extreme!
3" LK you will have the dreaded rear end sag. And worn out BJs like Nassty said. 2" is plenty unless you have a load in the bed then the rear will sag also. I have 2" in front and 3" rear blocks, and Air Lift bags for when I tow a Bri Mar dump trailer. I just read somebody makes a 1" body lift for like $180 I might look into, I don't think at 47 I want the height of the 3", but I'm going with a 285/75-18 Nitto next after my 295/70s wear out and they are a smidge taller at close to 35" and might rub with the Fuel 18x9 rims
my old F150 has 60k on it since the 2" LK was installed and no problems yet. My wife's F150 has 40k on it since the LK was installed and no issues with that one either. Like the others said, stick with 2" or less and you won't have any issues unless you really beat on the truck.
