Are they vacuum-actuated? Check the vacuum hoses to be sure they aren't rotted or disconnected. Do they work if you engage them manually?

Year? Gas/Diesel? As stated earlier - remove, clean, inspect, grease & reinstall front hubs. No need to jack up the truck or remove the wheels. Just 3 Torx screws and they come right off. Vacuum leak? check your plastic & rubber hoses from your PVH Valve (Pulse Vacuum Valve) all the way down to your hubs. I found my factory plastic line melted at the frame near the starter (6.8 Gas Motor) where it was only 2 inches away from my exhaust manifold. I ended up bending up some 3/16" brake tubing to replace it. I can guarantee it's not going to melt ever again. Make sure you have at least 9.8 Volts to the center pin on the PVH valve connecter. Let us know what you find. If you have a diesel check to see that your vacuum pump is running and you have vacuum. Hope this helps.
