ESOF Issues

Hey everybody! Im trying to get my ESOF hubs back up and running. Its a 2001 5.4 liter. I had a leak, just fixed it, vacuum line was busted off down by hub. Still no lock in. If i turn the hubs by hand the 4x4 works fine. All lights on the dash work for 4x4 and LOW. I hear the clicking sound down in the transfer case. I plugged the line with my finger and dont feel any vacuum at all. Im assuming no vacuum is being generated. Is there a vacuum pump on the gassers, or is it run of intake manifold vacuum somehow? Does anybody have any ideas of what I need to test or replace to get the situation rectified? Thanks in advance!!

addendum: I checked all the fuses inside the truck and under the hood and all are good.

Check / follow / replace the vacuum lines form the hubs all the way back.

You would have to remove the hubs, clean, check seals, grease and replace before you could do anything. THEN, there is a lot of info on it in here if you do a search.
