Fender bolt removal
I got my bed fenders off with out must fuss, the problem is the bolts don't want to come out. I have hit, twisted and they are still there. I did not want to hit too hard in fear of bending the bed. Is there a easy way to remove them. Heat, bigger hammer? I am thinking it has been painted more than one time and I think they are the original bolts and they don't want to come out. Some broke off and I would like to go ahead and replace them all.

Heat, heat, heat and more heat. The bolts should be cherry red, then cool and some penetrant like pb blaster. If you don't have oxy-atceteylene then put Mapp gas in a regular torch. They will come out.
