I need to rebuild my front cab corners... basically everything from the bottom of the bottom hinge down. I'm looking for some good, high detail pictures of what that area should look like.
I have to rebuild the entire area as the whole driver side step was rusted away, including the rocker.
So, Any and all pictures you guys have of that area would be appreciated greatly!
After digging around I found a couple of the bottom of the cab!
I this first photo is the bottom Drivers side rear cab corner, the two different size fixed nuts are not the seat fasteners, they bolt through the cab floor and are part of the stiffener that runs the width of the rear of cab.
This second picture is angle toward the passengers side of the cab bottom, in the top center of the pic is the hole for the fuel tank drain to its right (PS) and lower is the PS fuel stank strap captured nut, further right are two non factory drilled holes and just lower and to the right are the two rear PS seat mount captured nuts. Just inside the right side of the picture you see the larger of the two bolts that go through the stiffener plate.
This last picture shows the rear of the DS cab with skin removed showing theback side of the triangular shaped cab gusset, this gusset is welded to the door jamb and bolted with the two bolts in the first picture. Until recently these gusset were thought to be just on the 4wheel drive trucks but Kevin "bigwin56" recently posted that this was offered as a supplement.
