I have an ragged harmonic balancer p/n d7te-ba. I think it's obsolete. I checked brocograveyard, dennis carpenter, the local part store website and google but no one has it. Does anyone know if it's replaceable or rebuildable? It weighs almost 11 lbs.

One of the ones that says "Modified" (as opposed to "Windsor"), e.g. the 4th one down...

Just go into the store and tell 'em you need a harmonic balancer for a '77 F-150 with the 351M. If they don't have it in stock, they should be able to get it from their warehouse in a day or two.
