95 460 waterpump backplate question (pic)
Is my water pump back plate in place??????
Shinny part showing on top is timing cover casting.
The blue is the new gasket from a year ago and for some reason they put black rtv on both sides of the gasket.
If it's missing, is it causing my random overheating issue?
