The next issue I'm having is the passenger rear injector is still leaking oil into the bore? ? ? ? I took out that little plug but it's still draining? How long should it take to drain down?

Oil or coolant?

I used a shop vac for coolant, and the fuel/oil rails need to be drained. I also shot some brake cleaner down the rails to flush 'em (it evaporates and leaves nothing behind, depending on the formula).

Don't feel silly about the difficulty with removing the cups. I made enough brass wool to give a sheep a bullet-proof vest.

I had oil draining into the rear passenger cyclinder. how do you drain the fuel oil rails? that big plug on the back or the two small ones in under the valve covers? last night i sucked some out of the oil rail through a hole toward the back of the head but ontop of the rail. its close to that big plug. i put a camera in there saw some oil and used a sucker to suck some out and it stopped draining into the bore so i quickly cleaned the bore and installed the cup. the only thing was that it started again. so i shoved some blue shop rags in the bore to absorb the oil over night. when i came in this morning that back cylinder was filled with oil. now my question is once i put the new cup in there would oil effect it if it drained into the cup over night?

The two small Allen socket plugs under the valve cover are the oil rail drains. There may be oil still running in from the reservoir, so you might want to pull the oil lines off the head fittings.

there isnt any more oil draining now but last night it kept draining after i put the new cup in. should there be an issue once the cup is seated in an oil free bore and than the oil drains into the cup when the sealant is drying? im just paranoidn and dont want to have to redo that cup again.

I has been quite a few years since I did mine but if it was clean and dry when u installed it I don't see there being any problems. I did mine once and done. Tugly had to do his multiple times if I remember correctly. His might have had to do with injectors lifting though and then the cup unseating itself since the injector wasn't holding it in. Hopefully you are good. No way to tell fully without putting it back together and firing it up.

As long as the areas on the head(s) and on the cup(s) were free of oil when you seated the cup(s) you should be fine. The sealant needs to be in an anaerobic state to cure. Once you have let it set up for a least 8 hrs., you can install any cooling system hoses that you removed and fill the engine with coolant and then pressure test the system/cups before installing the injectors.

I believe it is normal, I had some when we replaced an injector in my other 7.3 it should clear up, dont panic these trucks are beasts. If its running fine it should be fine, just run it till it burns the oil out.

She's just running rough when you give it a little throttle but im guessing that will clear up after driving. Like the instructions say drive it 50 miles and it will clear.
