i have replaced headlight switch and the connector and checked all the fuses and i still get nothing so i am lost on this
any solutions will be appreciated
reverse lights are controlled by the switch behind the shifter lever on the side of the trans. 4 wires, two for neutral safety switch and two for reverse lights.
purple/orange should be hot with key on, powered by fuse #5 in the fuse box.
black/pink should be power out of switch when in reverse to the rear lights.
as for the tail lights out, it is possible that the tail light filaments of the rear bulbs are both bad..
turns out it we had to make a new wiring harness cuz the previous owner had replaced the bed cuz the dumb *** was smoking a cigarette and dropped it when gas splashed out the tank and caught on fire and the wiring finally just shorted out cuz it was so brittle
