'02 F250 AC help needed

I have a 2002 F-250 4x4 with 130K miles on a 6.8v10. The air conditioning works but not well. I have read several posts on various internet sources claiming speed of compressor or slipping clutch. I don't think it's the speed of the compressor as it blows cool at all RPMs. I had the coolant charge checked and it was in spec.

Is their a damper or seal that can be replaced? I switched to manual Mile Marker hubs and capped the vacuum lines. I've never had an issue with the defrost only vacuum line issue.

I was fighting this on my Excursion. I had serviced it a couple times and verified pressures but was never happy with the cooling. I ended up replacing the orifice tube just for giggles and found metal shavings on in telling me my compressor is likely not long for this world. I haven't replaced it yet but when I refilled it after the orifice tube I filled it based on weight, checked vent temp, added a tiny bit more watching vent temp until I saw it climb by about .5*. I figured that was as cold as it was going to get at idle. I verified inlet and outlet temp at the evap core confirming the system was full. It still isn't great at idle but rolling down the road I am in the low 40's with 90 ambient. I am as happy as I am going to get I think until I replace everything.
