No Start 7.3 Powerstroke

Here a little story about our 1999 F350 Dually 7.3 Powerstroke and I asked for some opinons:

Symptom: From one minute to another no start, for four days.

Here the things I checked:

Fuel in tank, ok
Fuel in Fuel Bowl, full
Changed Fuel Filter
Checked Oil Level, 3/4 on the dip stick
Checked Oil Level in HPOP, 1 inch under control opening
Checked all fuses, espec. #30
Tach was moving during cranking, so I ruled out CPS
Charged batteries

NOTHING helped, no start.

Today I filled up the engine oil from 3/4 on the stick to full, and
voila, the beast started right away............

Incoincidence or ?????????

Can it be still the CPS??

Please give me some opinions.
