Smoking Cigarettes
Hi all, 
Happy to report that I've made it 5 days without a cigarette so far using the "cold turkey" method. My other half (Sue) has joined me in quitting. We may want to kill each other at moments
but we are going to be okay!
To all the smokers here, I don't judge you and I never will. I may have made a conscience decision for myself, But I promise to never become a reformed smoker pain in the butt type who tells others what to do.

Kenny: Congratulations. Please keep us all advised of your progress. I am certain most everyone here at FTE will support your decision toward better health. You and Sue will do well to support each other. Besides, misery(cold turkey) always enjoys company! I am sure you won't ever regret your decision.

You can do it! If I could any one can. Besides if You have made it past 2 days the physical addiction is licked now it is just a psycological one. May I suggest tooth picks to chew on or a raquet ball to keep your hands busy? Two of the tricks I used. Good luck and keep us posted.
