I've found a new to me '93 F-350 crew cab FWD to swap the 12 valve into. It currently has the gasser instrument cluster sans the tach. Will any diesel instrument cluster from '94-'97 Powerstrokes work as well on my '93 as a '93 diesel instrument cluster would? Would a gasser instrument cluster with the tach work?

I'm kinda going through a similar deal. Swapping a 12valve into a 1996 Econoline bus. I swapped in a 1992 F350 diesel cluster with tach. Now have to figure out how to get a tach signal.
