Rear bumper brackets needed

I know it's a long shot, BUT ... I really need a set of rear bumper brackets to mount the sport (Bronco) rear bumper on my 1979 F-150. I'll pay a fair price if someone's got a set to let go of. My number is 479-263-3326

Thanks in advance, Dean

I have set that was involved in an accident, might be worth reusing? Let me get off the road and get them off the truck and we can go from there.

These are for a Bump. The center brackets are the same.. the "wing" brackets on a Dent are dimensionally different except for Highboys I suppose. You get the idea.

Sorry but no. They're headed for the restoration of my 71 F250.

I used contour bumper brackets off an 80s Bronco for my 73. The hard part it seems is finding a Bronco that used the contour bumper. Call me lucky. The Bronco has a short rear overhang so the brackets need to be extended to allow bolting it to two holes on the frame.

Modified on the left, stock on the right. The wing brackets needed less modification. Basically a small extension for the forward hole.

Those photos help for sure. I've got a set of Bronco brackets but I had no clue what their position would need to be in relation to the pickup frame rails. I've saved your photos and I'll build my own brackets tomorrow. Thanks !

I'm going to fabricate the tabs to use my Bronco brackets BUT... I'd sure like to own the damaged brackets you've got. I'm certain I can straighten them enough to build a pattern off of them. Then I'll fab up some sets for all of us !

Speaking of bumper brackets.... I just picked up a stock rear bumper with brackets for my 77 F250. Does anyone know if there is suppose to be bushings in the top hole of the brackets? It just looks like there might have been some there. ??

On my brackets that top hole has a small bump out on it. Looks like a little 1" long piece of pipe( best way to describe it). It's not just flat like the ones in your pics.

Actually there was a nipple there only on one side tho. I groun it off I thought it was a rusted on washers. Oh well . I'm going to get some new bolts and mount it . Should work fine.
