Where is second vin

Like NumberDummy was saying, some goes true in Washington
I replaced my windshield and in the process of wire wheel & roloc disking the frame clean of rust and butyl I hit the vin.
I don't know what it's made of but it's supper soft.
I called my local state patrol and since I still have the last 5 numbers showing it shouldn't be a problem, but if it ever became one. I would get a new vin on the drivers side jam.
Sound's really shady what happen, I would be going to your state patrol office and reporting it if he doesn't find it like right now.
with that tag someone could register another cab and you're out of luck.
