Jack each front tire off the ground one at a time. Start the engine, leave it in park and shift into 4Hi. While the tire is off the ground it won't spin if the 4WD and hubs are engaged. If the tire spins freely then something is wrong.

4x4 issue

Hubs lock, 4x4 works now had a loose vacuum lines going to the hubs. But light dont come on. As long as the 4x4 still works im fine.

Could simply be a bad bulb.

The light should come on when you turn the key to 'on'. Mine does, and the hubs lock and unlock as they should; but the light does not come on with the switch.

And you're sure it's engaging the front drive shaft, or are you only seeing the hubs engage?

Yeah, I tested it the way you described above and both tires are free in 2wd and locked to the trans in 4wd.

It works i think its a bad contact switch or something in the shift motor since it comes on during intotal start up when all lights come on.

Mine dont its a bad contact or switch in the shift motor. I put the truck on a friends lift at his house and put it in 4x4 high and all 4 moved even when i gave it throttle. Toom it out of 4x4 only back spun. I also tested it in his field got a bit dirty and 4x4 works as it should.
