Quick Q: light bulb change

2005 f350 SD here, how do I replace a burned out bulb? I think this is assembly is aftermarket?

Exploratory surgery? Can you get access to the rear? If not the whole assembly must come out to get access to the rear.

Yep, whole assembly to be removed... Headlight Change 1999-2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty - 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT 6.0L V8 Turbo Diesel Crew Cab Pickup (4 Door)

While I like my new fancy truck sometimes the simplicity of my old '79 shines through.
