Hi all. I cant get my rear seat back to fold down anymore. I was on some very rough roads over the weekend and when I went to fold the seat back down the handle doesnt move. Is there a way to fold it without? Its almost like something is jammed which may be from the pounding the truck took over those roads. Any help is much appreciated!

 

That's going to be a tough one to figure out over the internet, this isn't a common problem. I don't believe there's any exposed linkage, so you may have to take the plastic cover off to get a better look.

 

Hook chains up to it and giver some gas...lol. Seriously go to the local stealership and ask for an exploded view of the mechanism with your VIN in hand. This will be a great visual aid for you to see how its assembled. That should get you zeroed in on the problem in short order. Close the loop back here when you do fix it so others may benefit.
