Hey Brad, Glad to hear your trip went well and the truck performed great. Just out of curiosity how warm did your trans temp get while towing?? My trailer is about 1500lbs lighter than yours and I saw my temps reach 185 degrees on a few of the steep hills on our last trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire.

Kevin the hottest I reached was 205-210 dg. Mostly in the 185-190 range unless in heavy traffic with no air flow.
Need to get a cooler mod going for peace of mind, but not too worried about it yet. Outside temp was 97dg to reach that 210.

I forgot to ask. Do you have a chip/tuner?
If not - it's time to clean or replace the tube & EBP sensor. The .9 psi difference in pressure you are seeing is about a 1,500 foot difference in elevation.
The EBP sensor gets clogged with exhaust crap over time - she's 15 years old - it happens........
