One other thought - are you getting a lot of smoke out the exhaust when cranking? If so, you may have fluid in the cylinders which could be causing the slow cranks.

With an IPR at 85%, I bet you have an o-ring leak after reinstalling the hpop and heads.
It's working way to hard to develop pressure.

I haven't noticed any smoke while cranking except when I used starter fluid one time to help it start ..but I can smell it ...and I know I had some water in there cause when I checked my oil after the major work and it was put back together and tried cranking it a couple times I noticed the oil was milky so I changed it again after changing the hpop

The ipr is at 84.5 which is good while cranking anything over 85 is bad I checked all the o rings and replaced them all even the ones on the hpop unless the tube from the hpop to the back case went bad but it looked good

i dont think the IPR will read over 85 IIRC.
84.5% is for sure, not good.

So maybe the ipr valve it's self is bad?would that make it build low preassure to?

Can u post ICP

Or was that the 30 you posted a few back???if so you have HPO problems

Does the crank sound more even with the new batteries??? 160RPM IS GOOD
BUT still concerned about even sounding crank more then speed

Do you have coolant mixing in the oil

The 30 was the icp I just replaced the hpop it sounds a Lil more even with the new batteries but can still hear it loping a lil...when I first check the oil after I did the studs and gasket it was milky so when I changed the hpop I changed the oil again because I figured there was still some water left in the Pistons from when the heads blew before..

The work first started when my water pump blew I was degasing out of the coolant bottle previously then the water pump went changed it and the thermostat and was still building preassure in coolant lines alot of preassure and still degasing too so I head tested it came back it wasn't blown well I still had the problem so before my big trip I did the egr delete thinking that would help with the preassure it was still there but thought I could make it to Florida so took it anyways made it 3 miles down the road the truck lost power I heard a pop and it shut off so then I did the head gaskets and studs and saw 6 of my cylinders where full of coolant so replaced all that...then put back together truck still wouldn't start icp reading low ipr was ok so I was told it was the hpop so I replaced the hpop my ipr screen was lodge into the cover wasn't even on my ipr so I replaced the screen it was also cut and full of gunk..then I changed the hpop put it all back together and was told to crank on it over and over till it builds preassure well my old batteries wouldn't last long so I got new batteries and crank till they died and for a good 2 mins I built no icp then after that it slowly counted to 30 where it stopped till my batteries died and I could smell my starter cooking...my ficm reads 47.0 to 47.5 my ipr while cranking is 84.5 my icp while cranking only makes to 30 and my sync is 1 ..I had a buddy scan it and everything checked out fine but the oil preassure that's when I did the hpop ..I got low oil preassure just can't figure out what else is wrong with her for my ipr sensor I could stick my pick in there and compress the spring so figured it was good..now I'm just stumped I have ppl telling me to just keep cranking and adventually it'll build preassure but I feel something else is wrong
