1990 460 fuel pump
Is there aftermarket fuel pump I can add on to frame in between my pump and engine? Id like to get better pump to keep my fuel pressure up but I don't want to drop my tank and replace the inside one if I don't have to. The inside pumps work fine I'm just looking for a steady fuel supply. And is there away I can turn up the pressure? Id like to turn it up soon for the mud drags if possible

I put a stock Ford 1988-89 frame pump on my 1994 460 and it will run the engine just fine with tank pump disabled. Mine pumps around the pump in the 75 GAL tank but others have put pumps on the frame inline with the tank pump.

Which pump?
I have a 1990 Ford Royal Classic 27' with a 460 and I would like to know the SPECIFIC part number of frame pump you were able to use that simply bypassed the in-tank pump. Would love to fix this without messing with that fuel tank!

The pump is one that I took off an 89 E-series van. It was "T"ed into the fuel line for the generator fuel line that only goes down to about 1/4 tank of fuel that is not filtered.
It out put into a stock fuel injector Ford filter and that was "T"ed in to the main fuel supply line ahead of the normal Ford fuel injector filter.
