fuel pump

F-150 XLT (1987) I have been told the fuel pump is in the tank itself, I have the dual tank setup, is that true, and if not, where is the fuel pump located.

fuel pump

Your 87 has a low pressure in-tank pump and a high pressure pump on the frame rail under the drives side. It is more likely that your high pressure pump went out.

fuel pump

Why are you looking for it? Do you have any symptoms of a bad fuel pump?

fuel pump

To everyone that replied about my fuel pump problem, thank you, I replaced the fuel pump in the tank, and she is running great now.

Again, Thanks all,

John
