Help!!! Passenger Window Problem
Passenger window won't function from the drivers door switch. Installed a new drivers door switch and it still doesn't work. The passenger window works fine from the passenger door switch.

I second that-it is not uncommon for wires to become pinched/worn from opening and closing the door over time.

Wiring Diagram for '05 F150 window circuits
@projump @airm4n @Flatbed79F250 and @mjlewis are all probably dead on - broken wire between drivers door switch and passenger door switch somewhere. Most likely, but not absolutely, in the boot on drivers door. I am temporarily placing a copy of the wiring diagram out of the Factory Service Manual for a 2005 F150 (it should be same as yours) on my server. www.devoll.com/Public/F150-window-wiring.pdf You should be able to print it out or save it to your computer.
If the window goes up / down from the passenger side switch - the Yellow/Lt Green must be in tact. Check for 12 v at pin 3 on the passenger door switch when you operate the driver's door switch (to eliminate the switch). If 12 v gets there from the drivers door switch, replace passenger door switch. If not - I'd try to find the "Tan/Light Blue" wire in the drivers door boot (most likely trouble spot). If it is not obviously damaged/broken, use a straight pin through it and check for 12 volts when you work the drivers door switch for the passenger window. You HAVE TO get 12 volts to pin 3 on the passenger door switch for it to go down.
