Ford Production Delay????

I was able to get my order number 5 days after we ordered it. if it was ordered I don't think it should be a big deal. What I am having trouble getting is the DORA from my dealer. There acting like they don't know what it is? which if they keep playing games with that I will take my game else ware.
I now have my VIN# but I still come up empty on the Cotus page, so I sent the info to Crystal to confirm it.
It states on the "Current Status" as being Scheduled for the week of August 10th.
Also on the other paperwork (DORA) it states the X4M E-Locker axle on order.
I was told Job#1 is for a Customer ordered.

You were correct eazmo, my F350 is in the system, just my Dealer was dragging their feet in keeping me updated and poorly not getting back with me.

Job 1 is when the production line officially starts. They have to build x number of trucks over x number of days without any production issues before they declare the line in production. Not sure of the specifics beyond that.

WoooHooo.......Window sticker finally showed up online. I presume production is forthcoming!!!
Crystal if you are out there monitoring this, I would like to get estimated build, ship and delivery dates if you can find them. My dealer is still telling me he doesn't have any dates. Thanks!!!
