Hi Michael, I can't help with the PCM numbers but do you have 12 volts at the coil? If the pump and coil are both inoperative then I would look for the 12 volt source going to them.

Check for codes in the PCM. http://www.troublecodes.net/ford.
If it doesn't run the test it could be as simple as the power relay for the PCM has failed.

Before the van broke down I hooked a obd2 up to van and obd2 could not pick up anything another wards it would not read the pcm but the van ran I took out for a ride it seemed like it was running a little rough on the hwy it stalled whole driving I pulled over and I restarted went to destination on my way back it died again while driving pulled over and never started agian I tried to get codes using check engine light but check engine light does not come on I changed pcm relay file pump relay changed coil changed ignition module changed cap and rotor and still no spark or fule pump I hook file pump direct and it comes on but will not come on with key the motor turns over but no spark no fule and no check engine light

It isn't OBDII. It is OBDI. An OBDII tool won't read the codes.

Check for +12 volts at pins 37 and 57 of the PCM with the key on. That will tell you if the PCM is getting powered.

I really appreciate ur help but I need to inform u that the tfi ignition system was renamed the di system in 1995 to conform to obd 2 naming standards so this is not a obd1 system it is a obd 2 system a it should have read the pcm.

My 1996 7.5l van/bus is OBD1. It has an OBD2 port under the dash, but won't read any codes. I must use the OBD1 connector behind the left headlight.

You're the expert here. I won't attempt to help you any longer since you already know more than I do.

PS - I supervised Ford's transmission OBDI/OBDII engineering department when this truck was built. It wasn't OBDII when it was built. Maybe you converted it.

And here is where the connector is located:
