CC Display & Front Blower issue

My CC display shows all icons on the right regardless of settings (see pic). The temperature setting and outside temp will not come on.

The second issue is that my front blower starts to lose velocity and sounds strange on long road trips.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I don't have none of them fancy controls in my 2000s BUT there are tons of post that say they just have to be reset periodically to regularly

harly - thanks, I've reset by cycling the headlights when the display goes out entirely. I tried that with this issue but no luck

16 hours on road yesterday. AC worked but display went entirely out and I was unable to get it back on by cycling headlights.
