Finally had a chance to bolt it down, it was sliding around quite a bit. The drawer it self ways about 300 pounds and there's probably that much weight in tools in it too, if not more. I was a little weary about drilling into the floor, I have a rust spot already in the corner near the back doors. So I rigged this up out of uni-strut (kindorf, or whatever else people call it) parts and bolted it to the front set of mounts for the third row seat.
