They are bullet connectors and any good electrical supply place will have them. Good (not chain) auto parts stores should have them or can get them. They come in two sizes. the bullet side not the wire side.
NAPA has blister packs of them on a rotating display at my local store. Dave is correct, mike the bullet before you go, so you get the right size.
If your taillights are stop/tail lights, one wire is stop/turn, the other is parking light. Then grounded thru the bed connection (not very reliable, so I added a grounding wire).
