rebuilt transmission problems

well its been a year since rebuild, e40d. now when it above 105 degrees outside it sill shift into 2nd and then feels like its locking then unlocking, almost like having a four speed and pushing the clutch in and out real quick a couple time, same with third. now it doesnt do this when its cooler, say under 90 out. ill be taking it back tomorrow to have the shop check it out.

come to find out i had a bad misfire, did wires and plugs and all is good.

Something like you described is usually external to the trans. so I figured it was GTG. Glad to see it really was a false alarm.

thats how i felt. hey its got to be the tranny. but i had noticed going up hill the other day my truck seemed to loose a lot of power, should of sent up a red flag. last thing anyone wants is to have problems with a rebuilt tranny after only 7 months, figure down the road what else is going to happen. you see i 90% driving is on flat ground and at 55mph. should see a increase in mpg.
