Wheel housing splash shield
Replacing dually fender, need a wheel housing splash shield. I see the Ford part no is the same for either side. They want $61 for the dang thang. Has anyone ever made their own, using the other side as a pattern? Is it made out of plastic or some kind of fibreboard? Can't be hard to duplicate if I can find similar material.

Thanks, that's exactly the kind of info I was looking for - what can I buy cheap that's made out of the same plastic as the shield and then cut to fit? Unfortunately, the only sleds I found were 54" inches long and the shield is 70" long.
