John it sounds like you are settling in to this retirement thing. Every day is a weekend,
today I drove Teddy with his new cruise control up to Utah's Navajo Lake then went for a 22+ mile mountain bike ride. I just got home, I like being retired. Oh and the CC worked nicely!

Good morning Wally, glad to hear your cruise is working, I'm still having trouble with mine, think I'm getting RF interference and my speedometer needle bounces sometimes when idling. What make of cruise did you use?

Do you guys know where I can find a filter drier & o-rings etc to convert my 73 Galaxie factory air to R134A? I can find a compressor which is bad on mine. It is knocking, banging, & squealing when I hooked it up. But I can't find a filter drier, or a formed heater hose for it. Any ideas?

As I was searching I remembered I use to get A/C parts from Arizona Mobile Air in Phoenix. ackits.com is their website. They have great prices & great customer service. I see driers that look like they will work so I will call them & see what we can piece together.
