2001 f-350 v-10, at first start it idles fine. put it in gear or a load on it and it stumbles like crazy. put new B/W coils, new injectors, new IAC, New fuel regulator, still does it. After you tickle the gas pedal it catches and runs fine. does seem to suffer on a steep hill or heavy foot on the throttle before it kicks down
Help

B/W= Borg Warner threw all the parts because it never had a tune up so I thought I would cover the gambit. haven't checked the fuel press,,, doing that this weekend,,,, no have never replaced the fuel filter. I suspect if it was a filter it would suffer at speed.
Scan tool is showing a p0300 code. random misfire. i cleared that and put a new MAF sensor in. started truck up ,it stumbled a little bit.. not near as bad as before. will try it out again today.
After changing all these sensors. do you have to reset the computer some how or does it recalculate itself. ??

The PCM should re-learn its built-in strategies, those from the factory after driving around for 15 miles or so.
With your random misfire thing I'd be curious if the crank sensor position sensor isn't involved, perhaps something as simple as the chassis/engine wiring harness connector being fouled or corroded? Can't hurt to check it.
Ok will check these items. I am particularly suspicious of the wiring harness now... I have had two direct shorts in the past that I have had to repair and recently the battery light flashes on intermittently, specially when the heater in on.
Will keep you posted
OK,,, Update
Had a shop check it out. They said MAF was bad, Cat converter at 3.5 back pressure, plugs chewed up because of Cat back pressure
Had the shop put the MAF on even though i put a new one on,,, I think the Oreileys electronics maybe not so good. Ran much better but still slight stumble
Had new cat put on ran even better but still not 100%
Will drop new plugs in this weekend and see if that finishes it off, if not I will send it back to the shop for another diagnostic
