I HAVE A 2015 PLATINUM F 150 AND THE LIGHT BAR I INSTALLED SAY A TRAILER IS HOOKED UP TO IT. I HARD WIRED IT AND IT SHOWS THAT A TRAILER IS ACTIVE. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO ABOUT THIS

You must have connected the light bar to the trailer circuit. You just need to tap power from somewhere else. The electronics monitors the trailer circuit.
