E 350 vacuum issues tips or videos

Hello I was wanting some confirmation on a issue

Has anyone fix this, eta on repair time if its the pump
My control panel stopped changing the location the air flows
I read this could be the vacuum pump
There is no suction or very very little would not even hold a thin piece of plastic bag
Pulled both hoses off the hub ports
Also brakes stopped the pedal is hard

Also there is a rattling like a idler pulley going bad ,but sounds like it is coming from the drivers side not the passenger where the tensioner and idler pulley are located

Your lacking a great deal of information in your post, like Year, Engine size.

You write of a Vacuum pump, that will only be on a diesel engine, which can fail. Do you have a the 7.3?

There are many posted topics that have covered vacuum problems, related to the heat/air sector Sterno motor which controls the blend door, maybe a search could answer your questions?
