Got a set of 20 inch rims from a friend that were on his Hummer. The go on with no issues except, where the lug nuts would go the stud is super close to rim. The stock lug nuts won't fit the lug nuts he gave me won't clear the stud. Does anyone know of Lug nuts that are smaller and may work?
I had a similar issue on some aftermarket wheels with the centercap crowding the stock lug nut/socket area. Google "spline lug nut" I found some rather cheap on ebay.
I don't recall the quantities they came in but I ordered one or two extra sockets so that I had three. One for the glovebox, that's where Discount Tire will look and it only makes sense to keep one with the vehicle at all times. The other two are for the tool box, one as a spare.
