Tranny Trouble????

When my '92' F-150 is in Park it idles smooth. When I drive, it shifts through 1-drive while still moving slowly. Then the engine stumbles and acts as if its missing on a cylinder. Ive tuned it from top to bottom and all cylinders are firing. I was told it was the vacuum line to the E4OD trans but I can't find any place FOR a vacuum.
Does anyone have any advise???? Whether tranny or other reason this might get resolved?????????

There is no vacuum line on this transmission.

Even though you say it is fine tuned in 99% of the cases it is an engine problem.

Wires etc.

to piggy back off what he said, I can tell you that revving with wheels blocked is sometimes the only way to find a misfire.
