IMO that small amount of tire size change is NOT going to cause a pinion angle or the d/s carrier angle to change enough to cause a vibration.

Are your u joint caps, u bolts over tightened?

Here comes another silly question.. I wasn't aware that you could over tighten a u bolt

U bolts for the axle to the spring pack is one thing. U joint has 2 end caps and those have mini u-bolts that hold the u-joint into the pinion input flange have to be torqued and not over torqued.

Just trying to help out with a possible idea for the vibration...I am probably wrong on that guess.
