Bed/Frame ?
So driving my new 76 Highboy I've had for 2 weeks around town and of course she's bumpy, loud etc... Loud metal slamming when I hit large bumps..
Guy I bought it from must have switched out the bed. With the Highboys smaller frame rails he never bolted it to the frame in the back!!
My question is I'm gonna have to drill new holes to secure it, will drilling a few holes in the frame challenge the integrity of the frame..

A few 1/2-inch holes ain't gonna amount to a significant loss in structural integrity.
