TSB 14-0037 - NAVIGATION DISPLAY OFFSET OR INCORRECT POSITION
I've searched thru the site and found several threads on the TSB 14-0037 - NAVIGATION DISPLAY OFFSET OR INCORRECT POSITION problem. Which is happening on my 2014 F350 Dually. Took the TSB to the dealer service department and was told it would not do any good, as the system was already updated to the latest SYNC version.
Is this TSB a Sync update or something else. Still have the problem with the display being offset.

The next closest dealer is 300 miles away, so that isn't a option.
