idm choices
What models of idm's can I use in my 97 power stroke? it has stock injectors.also can I use one AUT of a manual my truck is an automatic.

Ism makes no difference. 94-03. The later years have higher voltage.

Does it matter if its from a manual or auto? Mine is an auto.

From Swamp's. All IDM's are completely interchangeable with each other, and any IDM can be used in any model year truck.

Agree with echo. I bought 2 off of CL for 150 bucks one us from a 95 and another from a 99. Both worked good on my 96.

If you have to replace it then do so with one form a 99-03.
They are 120v and Fire the injector better. You get a little better idle and better throttle response
