Okay, I have a 2003 F350 with the 7.3L. I just got the fuel line replaced drove it home from the shop, parked it. and now it wont start. I Checked the fuel filter, replaced both batteries, and replaced the cps. Still tries to start and then stops and just wont turn over. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
How much fuel is in the tank? its sitting at a half tank
What is your oil level? I Just topped it off the other day
How long does it turn over when you attempt to start it before stops turning over? after i let the glow plugs warm up it hesitates then tries to crank but just wont turn over, then it sounds like the batteries are dieing but the battery gauge reads normal.
Do you have gauges? It has the stock gauges, and i have a bully dog chip in it, and its not saying that there is any codes.
Agreed. Check all your battery connections, including the one on the starter. Try jump starting it. The sluggish starting sounds like you either have bad batteries, bad connections to the batteries, or a bad starter.
