While looking at newer trucks I found a new 2015 XLT 6.7 crew cab 4x4 with the value package for $41,800 (plus destination, $599 processing, tax/tags). MSRP is $54k. I think that would make about $45k OTD. Is that about what others are seeing? Used 2012-2014's are in the low $40's...

True car is good, but keep in mind it's pricing set by us dealers. As you see in this case, some places include destination in pricing, and others leave it off. Some states cap doc fees, others don't (and then sell truck for less money only to hit you with big doc or prep fees). You can get great info online, but at the end of the day, it's best to build a relationship with a local dealer you trust, and just use the internet to keep them honest.
That sounds about like the deal I got on mine a couple weeks ago. I was looking to get another F150 however the deals on the F250 were much more aggressive.
I pulled out my paper work & looked. My deal was 12K & change off the sticker price. I do get XPlan pricing and there were some good incentives. I took some work to get the extra money off and it took some work to get the 2.9% financing because we wanted both the incentives and the low interest rate. For what's it worth the dealer did tell us it was the last day of a sales incentive for them & they were 3 F250's short of hitting the mark and they were over sold on F150's. When we went in back to take delivery there were 2 other people taking delivery of F250's. Two gassers and one Diesel. I wondered what kind of deals they got.
